If it’s available, we’ll confirm the price and send you a payment link. Once paid, we’ll add it to our next order with that supplier and let you know when it arrives. Ordering and delivery times vary, so this service is best for requests that aren’t time-sensitive.
 

A few things to know:
 

• We currently take requests for vinyl and CDs, excluding K-Pop.
   

• We can only source titles available through our regular suppliers. Rare, deleted, out-of-print and sold-out limited editions are outside the scope of this service - for example, a limited coloured pressing released in 2023 that’s now only available from resale sellers. If you’re happy with a standard edition instead, let us know and we’ll check!
   

• Submitting this form is a request, not a confirmed order. Supplier stock can change before we place your order
  
  *Please check your request fits the criteria above before submitting. Requests for K-Pop, rare, deleted, out-of-print or sold-out limited editions won’t be processed or receive a reply.

Once paid, we’ll usually place your order with the supplier within one week. Delivery to the shop takes additional time, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. If we expect a longer wait, we’ll contact you.
