Tell Me I'm Alive is the ninth studio album from All Time Low, delivering a confident mix of pop-punk, alternative rock and modern pop. Building on the momentum of recent releases, the album pairs infectious hooks with honest, introspective songwriting, exploring themes of mental health, identity, relationships and personal growth.
Featuring standout tracks including "Sleepwalking," "Modern Love," "Are You There?" and the anthemic title track "Tell Me I'm Alive," the album balances high-energy rock anthems with emotionally driven moments. Frontman Alex Gaskarth's sharp lyricism and the band's polished musicianship shine throughout, resulting in one of their most cohesive and mature releases to date.
Whether you've been following All Time Low since their early pop-punk days or are discovering the band for the first time, Tell Me I'm Alive is an essential addition to any alternative rock or pop-punk collection.
